Cookeville, TN – In October 2022, the Cookeville Police Department received information about possible illegal drug activity at a business previously known as Power Athletics located at 1500 Interstate Drive. On October 21, 2022, Detectives executed a search warrant at the business and recovered a large amount of suspected anabolic steroids as well as equipment and packaging used for the manufacture and distribution of the drug. The business owner, Justin Henry, was interviewed and admitted to possessing, selling, and manufacturing the products at the site.

The collected items were sent to the TBI crime lab for analysis and tested positive for the drug. A Felony warrant was obtained on July 11, 2023, for Prohibited Activities, Anabolic Steroids and Mr. Henry turned himself in at the Putnam County Jail. A bond for the offense was set at $15,500.

This investigation remains active.
