IDENTITY RELEASED OF BOATER WHO DIED IN LOUDON COUNTY

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency released the name of the man who died at Fort Loudoun Dam.
After their boat went into a spillway, two on board were submerged.
Another angler on a different boat rescued one of the men in the water.
Authorities later recovered the body of 68-year-old Albert Watkins.
Both men were wearing life jackets.
The incident remains under investigation.
Officials say this is the 24th boating fatality this year in Tennessee.
