Charles Matthews, age 79, of Clarkrange, passed away on Tuesday, September 26 at his home

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange, with burial to follow in the Clarkrange Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange.

He is survived by his daughter: Melissa Hein (Mike); son: Chuck Matthews (Christina); sisters: Betty Fassett and Rosetta Becker; brother: Ronald Matthews; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family, and friends

He was preceded in death by his parents: Everett and Ida Matthews; and brother: Robert “Bob” Matthews
