Traci Franklin, age 56, of Harriman, passed away on January 1, 2024, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Ricky Franklin; and father: Herbert Effinger.

She is survived by her son: Devan Franklin; daughter and son-in-law: Marilyn and Kenny Miller; mother: Martha Effinger; grandchildren: Rylie, Lincoln, and Lyla; and many friends and loved ones.

The family and friends will meet on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 11 a.m. in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood for graveside services.
