Jerald “Jerry” Edward Carson, age 82, of Crossville, passed away on January 3, 2024, at Wyndridge Health & Rehabilitation Center.

He was born on October 13, 1941, in Kokomo, Indiana, the son of John Carson and Garnett.

Jerry was a machine operator at GMAC and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his daughter: Melissa Hinch (Todd); grandchildren: Justin and Misti Brown, Austin Brown, Amber Dixon, Spencer Carson and Casey Keller, Haleigh and Alex Wellman, Tyler and Kelsi Carson and Kaitlyn Carson; and great-grandchildren: Brylee Brown, Londyn Brown, Emerie Brown, Neyland Brown, Titan Brown, Jenson Brown, Brayden Brown, William Brown, Arianna Brown, Everliegh, Zephery, Samuel, and Rhys.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his wife: Loraine Carson; and sons: Gary Carson and Steve Carson.

A funeral service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 1 p.m. with burial to follow at Turner Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. before the service.
