TWO ADULTS AND CHILD ESCAPE INJURY IN VEHICLE CRASH ON INTERSTATE 40

The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics went yesterday to the scene of a vehicle crash on I-40 in eastern Putnam County.
The accident report states a 2008 Honda Civic driven by 21-year-old Jessica Asia Thonn was traveling west at the 300-mile marker in Monterey when she ran off the road and collided with cable barriers.
The vehicle overturned on its side and came to rest in the left lane of travel.
Thonn, a 23-year-old male passenger, and a 2-year-old inside the car were not hurt and restrained at the time of the crash.
