Family Promise Thrift, located at 215 W. Rockwood Street, Rockwood, opens on August 27th from 10 am-4 pm with a ribbon cutting at 2 pm. Family Promise Thrift is a ministry of Family Promise of Roane County, Inc., and will be open Tuesday-Thursday from 10 am-4 pm. It will have a work day to accept donations and release new merchandise on Mondays from 10 am-4 pm. Refreshments at the ribbon-cutting event are being furnished by 6 Blessings Catering.

Director of Family Promise of Roane County Charles Elmore said “All are welcome to come and participate in our opening day celebration.”
