*The grant is strictly for planning and can’t be used for any other purpose.

*Highways 70 and 58 are State routes, and any improvements or modifications would be at the discretion of the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

*There are no plans under consideration or in place to construct roundabouts or bike and pedestrian lanes, widen lanes of traffic, add turning lanes, eliminate on-street parking or to make any other changes.

*The purpose of this project is solely to gather public input that could be used should any future transportation projects within this area be considered.
