MARY LOU EDMONDS age 85 of Crossville, TN passed away November 6, 2024. She was born November 2, 1939, in Wartburg, TN, the daughter of Archie and Helen Brazel Hawn. She worked at Perdue for over 20 years as well as cleaning houses for many and retired at age 80 from Stagecoach Restaurant. She was a member of Homestead Church of Christ.

She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who was loved dearly by her family and many friends.

She is survived by her children- Jan Lowe, Jerri Crawford and Janie Thomas all of Crossville, TN and Calvin Glenn Edmonds of Loudon County, TN, sisters- Velma Manis and her husband Daniel, Virginia Farrel and Brenda Dyer all of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Jason Edmonds, Chris Lowe and wife Cadee, Josh Johnson and wife Christi, Jessi Wyatt and husband Richard, Sam Crawford and wife Alli, Katie Crawford, Keisha Farmer and husband Jordan, Ashley Lenoir, Cody Thomas and wife Elizabeth, Wyatt Edmonds, Courtney Green and husband Mike and Shane Edmonds, twenty four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

IN addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Wanda Gordon.

Funeral services will be held Sunday November 10, 2024, at 2pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1pm-2pm one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The burial will be in Pomona Cemetery.
