On Sunday at around 1:15 a.m. Patrol Officer Chris Stavros observed a male subject identified as Kerry Dishman sleeping in a running vehicle on Pinewood Drive. Officer Stavros made contact with the driver who seemed intoxicated and was semi-unresponsive.

According to the officer’s report, Dishman did not know where he was or why he was at the location. Officer Stavros noticed that he had Narcan in his lap and unused needles on the floorboard.

Dishman, apparently known in the area for heroin and fentanyl use, was placed into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Jail after a search of his vehicle discovered 25.31 g of marijuana.

The unused needles were properly disposed of.

Dishman was charged with Drugs/Narcotics Violations and Public Intoxication.
