78-YEAR-OLD MAN SENTENCED TO 8 YEARS FOR SALE OF FENTANYL

Earlier this month, Frazier Norris (78) was sentenced to 8 years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections for possessing fentanyl with intention to sell.
Norris was indicted in January for crimes taking place in 2022 between August and September, crimes found during an undercover investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Among the charges were the sale of fentanyl, delivery of fentanyl, sale of acetylfentanyl, and delivery of acetylfentanyl.
Norris also pleaded guilty to possession of heroin for sale, and all remaining charges were dismissed.
Norris was arrested on January 10th alongside two others, Michael Daignault and Jerrica Hayes.
The three were arrested on charges related to the July 2022 death of Christopher Hale.
