Funeral Services for Frances Fletcher, age 84, of Crossville, Tennessee, will be conducted on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. David Harris will officiate with interment to follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Mrs. Fletcher was born on Friday, January 19, 1940, in Jamestown, Tennessee, to the late Howard and Ida Bell Upchurch Dishman. Mrs. Fletcher passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025, at the Cumberland Medical Center. Mrs. Fletcher was a homemaker. She was a hardworking, determined, and resilient woman. She was Baptist in Faith. She is survived by, 3 daughters, Janice Bawgus of Crossville, TN, Wanda Keagle of Cookeville, TN, Jennifer Bowman of Cookeville, TN; 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Delmer and Kellie Bowman of Cookeville, TN, Terry Bowman of Algood, TN; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and brother, Alfred Dishman of Crossville, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Fletcher; daughters, Belinda Bowman and Glenda Bilbrey; son, Gary Bowman; and granddaughter, Ashley Bowman Thompson. The family will receive friends at Goff Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 11:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM.
