Jesse Ray Franklin, age 78 of Jamestown, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Franklin Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
