Karen Bledsoe Tinnel, age 74, of Crossville, TN, passed away on September 16, 2025.

Mrs. Tinnel was born on February 20, 1951, in Crossville, TN, daughter of Arvil Clemons and Vera Clemons.

She spent 30 years in the Cumberland County School System as an Honors English teacher.

She is survived by Stephanie Smith (Corey), Daughter, of Murfreesboro, TN.; Cat – Mocha Jane; and Grandcat – Slick.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Stephen A. Tinnel as well as her parents, Arvil Clemons and Vera Clemons

Memorial Service will be held at Art Circle Public Library on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 1:30 PM.
