MARGARET RUTH MUSIC age 74 of Crossville, TN passed away September 26, 2025. She was born April 8, 1951, in Crossville, TN, the daughter of Homer and Ruby Myers Brewer. She was a homemaker and attended Plant Grow Harvest Church. She loved gardening and watching and feeding the birds. She also took great pride in taking care of her yard and making sure it was always beautiful. But the most important part of her life was the love and joy she shared with her family, especially the grand and great grand babies.

She is survived by her sons-, Kevin Music (Miranda), Curtis Music (Tammy) and Adam Music (Paula) all of Crossville, TN, daughter- Jennifer Bolin (Mike) of Crossville, TN, brothers- Don Brewer, Von Brewer (Jean), Gary Brewer and Kendall Brewer all of Crossville, TN, sisters- Jan Heath of Ohio and Karen Ragland (Tom) of Crossville, TN, nine grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren, brother-in-law- Dale Music (Pam) and sisters-in-law- Donitta Reed,  Meritta Cobb and Sue Music.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- Vernon Music, brother- Wayne Brewer, father and mother-in-law- Wed and Alma Music, brothers-in-law- Vann Music, Ronnie Reed, Tom Cobb and Jim Heath, sister-in-law- Vivian Brewer, nephews- Sam Music.and Mark Loges and niece- Jessie Rhea “Fred” Clark.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 1, 2025, at 11am at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday September 30, 2025, from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Music Cemetery.
