The Blount County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance to locate a missing 17-year-old female juvenile, Sara Gerardo Guillen, last seen on September 24, 2025, around the 2600 block of East Broadway in Maryville, TN.
She may be with an unknown male in Knoxville or surrounding areas. Sara is 5’1″, 148 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair, and has no reported scars, marks, or tattoos.
