Patsy Raby Miller, 84, of Kingston, TN was called to her eternal home in Heaven on Saturday, October 18, 2025, while surrounded by her beloved family.

Patsy was happiest when entertaining family and friends. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, cleaning, shopping, sunbathing, basketball, and attending church at Shiloh Baptist Church. She never met a stranger and had an uncanny ability to create lasting friendships and brought joy to everyone around her with her positive outlook on life.

Patsy will be remembered as a devote Christian, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, loyal friend, a fantastic cook, comical remarks and loving people “warts and all”.

Patsy was proceeded in death by her husband, Ivan Miller, parents Oscar and Edna Raby, brothers Jim, Bill, and Thurston (Bud) Raby, sisters Joyce Ingram and Sally Giles.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Travis and Nickie Ingram, and Daniel and Chrissy Ingram, grandson and granddaughter-in-law Josh and Olivia Ingram, granddaughters Mia, Lydia Grace, and Everly Ingram, Neice and best friend Gloria Wright, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. with funeral services to follow at 7:00 P.M. in Kyker’s chapel with Pastor: Adam Henry officiating. Interment Thursday, October 23, 2025 11:00 A.M. in the Sweetwater Memorial Park.
