BBBTV12 – Oak Ridge, TN (October 23, 2025) — Oak Ridge Police have arrested Justin David Toth, age 41, in connection with an ongoing assault investigation.

According to authorities, officers took Toth into custody on Sunday, October 19, 2025, around 9:11 p.m., charging him with Attempted Second-Degree Murder following a lengthy investigation by the Oak Ridge Police Department.

Toth was booked into the Roane County Detention Facility and later released on Tuesday, October 21, after posting a $100,000 bond.
