BARBARA JEAN LYNCH age 53 of Crossville, TN passed away October 26, 2025. She was born January 8, 1972 in Pikeville, TN the daughter of Claude “Cotton” Hankins and Martha A. Houston. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. She will be missed by all who were blessed to have known and loved her. She loved being outdoors, and talking to anyone she came in contact with. She was the life of the party.

She is survived by her children- Deonna Turner and her husband Kirk of Crossville, TN, Kindra Walker and her husband Jason of Crossville, TN and Robert John “RJ” Lynch III and his fiancee Jasmin Wyatt also of Crossville, TN, father- Claude “Cotton” and his companion Betty Houston of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Wylder Turner, Wrenley Turner, Lennox Lynch, Breanna Palmer, Casidy Stepp, Alivia Walker and Gunner Walker and niece and nephew- Katrina Anaya Miguel and David Skyles.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sisters- Alisia Adams, Sherry Lynn Diaz and Donna Sue Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Sunday November 2, 2025 at 3pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1pm-3pm prior to the service at the funeral home. The burial will be in Big Lick Cemetery.
