Teresa Lea Dunn, age 69 of Evensville, passed away at her home on Thursday, December 11, 2025. She was born in Dayton on February 12, 1956, the daughter of the late Doyle Montgomery and Margie Helen (Tennyson) Montgomery. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Mike Montgomery.

Teresa was a lifelong resident of Dayton and a 1974 graduate of Rhea County High School. She dedicated 30 years to serving the State of Tennessee as a secretary with Human Services and Children Services before retiring. In her free time, she enjoyed riding motorcycles and caring for animals.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James “Danny” Dunn of Evensville; her daughter, Laura (Trey Lewallan) Arnold of Rossville, GA; and her two brothers, Jim Montgomery of Dayton, and Roy (Sabrina) Montgomery of Kingston.

Funeral services for Teresa will be held in the funeral home chapel on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. She will be entombed at Rhea Memory Gardens following the funeral service.
