Curtis Caldwell Smith, age 81 of Mt. Helen, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville.

Funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, January 10, 2026. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Mt. Helen Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 5 PM – 8 PM at Mundy Funeral in Jamestown. Family will also receive friends on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 10 AM until time of the service at 12 Noon at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

He is survived by:
