I-75 Southbound at the 77.6 mile marker is shut down due to a semi truck fire

First responders with the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office, Loudon County Fire/Rescue, Loudon Fire Department, and Tennessee Highway Patrol are on scene. The driver was not injured.

The duration of the closure is currently unknown. Motorists are encouraged to seek an alternate route if possible.
