BILLIE F. KERLEY age 79 of Grandview, TN passed away February 6, 2026. He was born December 18, 1946 in Crossville, TN the son of Hollis and Melvina Stafford Kerley. He worked many years with Lazy Boy in Dayton and SSM in Spring City. He was a man of many talents and could do most anything. He loved the outdoors, fishing and camping. His family was the most important part of his life. His faith was of the Church of God.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years- Hazel Sherrill Kerley of Grandview, TN, daughters- Donna Gunter and Lesa Bragg both of Grandview, TN, sisters- Kathleen Fleenor and Susie Bell Clawson of Crossville, TN, Mary Frances McGhee of Spring City, TN and Geneva Lucille Taylor and her husband Dwight of Madisonville, TN, grandchildren- Brandon Sherrill, Joseph Phillips, Michael Kerley, Dakota Gunter, Christian Hager and Laci Smith and eight great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers- Charlie Kerley and William Kerley and sister- Agnes Kerley.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 10, 2026 at 2pm EST at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1pm-2pm EST one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Reed Cemetery in Grandview.
