The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 82-year old, Charles Rush. Mr. Rush is a white male with Gray hair and Blue eyes. Mr. Rush walked away from his residence on Lafever Ridge Rd in Dekalb County, at approximately 2:30 am, on February 9, 2026. Mr. Rush left on foot with an unknown direction of travel. Mr. Rush was last seen wearing a yellow vest and tan pants, and may be wearing 2 ball caps. Mr. Rush does have dementia.

PCSO K9 Unit and Aviation Unit are assisting Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office in their search for Mr. Rush.
