Mr. Danny Gail Ferguson of Albany, Kentucky, passed away on February 4, 2026, at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky having attained the age of 73 years, 5 months, and 29 days. He was born in Albany, Kentucky on Wednesday, August 6, 1952, the son of Arthur Snow & Ruth (Sandusky) Ferguson. Danny worked for many years at Brooks Foods and Broadrick’s. He greatly enjoyed Kentucky basketball and spending time working outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his sons, Gabe (& Judy) Ferguson of Marietta, Georgia, Dan (& Leslie) Ferguson of Kansas City, Missouri; sisters, Norma Meeks, Sharon Pittman, and Pina (Mike) Claborn; nieces & nephew, Kim (& Steve) Pugliese of Pittsboro, Indiana, Cynthia (& Chad) Harvey of Cookeville, Tennessee, Chris (& Dawn) Meeks of Fishers, Indiana; grandchildren, Garek Ferguson, Leah Ferguson, Kate Ferguson, Levi Ferguson; great-grandchild, Griffin Ferguson; great-nephews, Evan Meeks, Dominic Pugliese; great-nieces, Chloe Meeks, and Isabel Pugliese.

The memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 1:00 pm C.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 14, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am C.S.T. until the service hour.
