Tim Frye, age 64, of Oliver Springs, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, April 4, 2026.

A graduate of Clinton High School, Tim spent many years working as a skilled machinist at Swiss Technologies. He was known for his strong work ethic, his willingness to lend a helping hand, and his sharp, sarcastic sense of humor that brought laughter to those around him. Tim found great joy in the simple things in life, especially the companionship of his beloved dog, Axel.

He will be remembered as a devoted family member who was always there when needed, offering support, guidance, and humor in equal measure.

Tim was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Frye; his parents Frank and Katharina Frye; and his step-sister, Libby.

He is survived by siblings Lorine Frye; Sam Newton; Michael Frye; Jim Frye and wife Margie; his nieces April, Kacie, Heather, Rachel, and Vanessa; his nephews Scott, Adam, Jamie, and Ross; as well as a host of great-nieces and great-nephews. He also leaves behind a close family friend, Howard Phillips, along with many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

In accordance with Tim’s wishes, he will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.

Tim’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
