LOUDON DEPUTIES BUST LENIOR CITY HOME, SEIZING METH, MARIJUANA AND PARAPHERNALIA
On April 1, the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office conducted a residential search warrant at a home on 9th Avenue in Lenoir City. All 13 people present were detained during the search. Officers discovered drugs and paraphernalia in several rooms, linking them to specific individuals through personal items and identifying documents.
In one room, Tyler Creek Tackett Sr. was found with two bags of methamphetamine totaling 1.5 grams and 5.1 grams of marijuana. April Dawn Lundquist’s room contained her debit card and a bag with 1.2 grams of methamphetamine. Teresa Mae Goddard and Timothy Ryan Thaxton shared a room where officers located 5.5 grams of marijuana in a backpack, along with multiple syringes and two meth pipes in the bed. Marina Joann Rhymes’ room held a loaded needle, 0.6 grams of marijuana, and three bags of methamphetamine weighing 2.4 grams combined. Jason Lee Peeler’s room, identified via body camera footage, contained a cut straw, a capped syringe, repackaging bags, a glass container with 2.3 grams of methamphetamine, and two meth pipes.
Following the search, six individuals were arrested. Tyler Creek Tackett Sr., 30, of Farragut, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and simple possession/casual exchange; he was held on $16,500 bond. April Dawn Lundquist, 52, of Lenoir City, faced the same methamphetamine charge and was released on $15,000 bond. Teresa Mae Goddard, 53, was charged with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold and possession of drug paraphernalia; held on $11,500 bond. Timothy Ryan Thaxton, 46, of Lenoir City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual exchange; held on $3,000 bond. Marina Joann Rhymes, 63, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possession/casual exchange; held on $18,000 bond. Jason Lee Peeler, 46, of Lenoir City, was charged with a capias from municipal court plus manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; held on $16,500 bond.
The report also lists additional arrests and charges from March 30 through April 5 in Loudon County, including various drug offenses, driving under the influence, probation violations, domestic assaults, thefts, burglaries, and traffic violations. Most individuals were released on bond, while others were held without bond or on higher amounts depending on the charges.
