Kelly Joan (Griffith) Howard, age 52 of Jamestown, passed away peacefully on Thursday April 9, 2026, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tn. She was born on June 4, 1973 to Betty “Joan” Ashburn Griffith she was the youngest of her siblings. She leaves behind her four daughters and granddaughter who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.

She is survived by her daughters Amber Mercedes Leath and husband Wesley, Leann Nicole Howard and husband Kevin, Cassie Irene Howard, Maria Faith Howard. One granddaughter Lillian Grace Leath. Sister Cynthia and brother Mark.

Special friends Henry, Frances, Dot, Jeanie and Frank and a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother Betty Joan (Ashburn) Griffith. Unborn grandchild Elizabeth Paige Leath.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations  be made toward funeral expenses at Mundy Funeral Home.
