O’Neil claims that while finishing a 52-ounce bottle of organic pulp-style orange juice purchased from the Hollywood neighborhood store on Northeast Halsey Street in Portland, she discovered the fingertip end of a rubber glove in her mouth.

The lawsuit highlights her concern that she may have inadvertently swallowed a severed human fingertip that was allegedly inside the glove or the juice itself. Following the incident, she sought treatment at an urgent care clinic for symptoms including gagging, nausea, and a persistent burning sensation in her mouth.
