Barbara Joyce “Barbie” Rich, age 59, a resident of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Friday, May 22, 2026, at her home. She was born September 1, 1966, in Rockwood, Tennessee. She was of the Baptist Faith. Barbie loved fishing, boating, motorcycles, and flowers, especially gardenias and hummingbirds. She enjoyed camping and going to the mountains and was an amazing dancer. She could best be described as a Beautiful Soul and was a Wonderful Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, James & Betty Tinch; father, Ronald Miller; husband, Robert Keith Rich; and son-in-law, Adam Milburn.

Amber Scott (fiancé, Dennis Ledbetter) of Rockwood, TN

Miranda Bishop (Jeffery) of Whitesburg, TN

Grandchildren: Conner, Jaxson, Devon, Kharizma, Jacob, Christian (fiancée, Takara), Braxton, and Mia

Great Grandchildren: Raelynn, Bentley, and Atlas

Brother: James D. Tinch of Rockwood, TN

Nephews: James L. Tinch

Jason K. Tinch

Very Special Friend: Marcell Lowery of Harriman, TN

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary. Memorial services will follow on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary.
