The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is proud to offer a Teen Safety Driving Course designed to help young drivers develop the knowledge, skills, and judgment needed to stay safe on Tennessee roadways.

 Ages: 14-18

 Avoiding Distracted Driving
 Defensive Driving Techniques
 Seat Belt Safety
 Speed Management & Following Distance
 Dangers of Alcohol and Drug Impairment
 Fatigue and Drowsy Driving Awareness
 Vehicle Safety Inspections
 Hazard Recognition and Collision Avoidance
 Tennessee Driving Laws and Responsibilities
 Traffic Stop Safety and Interaction with Law Enforcement
 Real-Life Crash Case Studies
 Emergency Response and What to Do After a Collision
