Ruble Clemons Conatser, Sr., 97

Ruble Clemons Conatser, Sr. was born in Jamestown, Tennessee on January 2, 1929 to Sid and Elva (Copley) Conatser. He passed from this earthly realm on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the age of 97.

Ruble was a proud Veteran serving over twenty years in the United States Army from 1948 to May 1, 1969 as a tanker in the Armored Division. He later sold vehicles and operated RC Auto Sales in Jamestown for many years. He loved life to the fullest and was very active until his health failed in recent years. God, family and country were most important to him. Ruble enjoyed hunting, fishing, singing bass, bowling, playing cards, politics and aviation. He earned his pilot license at the age of 66 and enjoyed flying for several years. He never stopped wanting to learn new things. His most important decision was made on December 22, 1972 when he accepted Jesus as his Savior. He was baptized on August 1, 1982 on the same date as his son, Shawn.
