Today: Showers and thunderstorms throughout the day, with locally heavy downpours possible. Highs around 83 on the Plateau and 84 in the Tennessee Valley. Chance of rain 90 percent.

Tonight: Showers and thunderstorms continue through much of the evening before gradually tapering overnight. Lows around 67 on the Plateau and 69 in the Valley. Chance of rain 80 to 90 percent.

Sunday: Partly sunny with showers and thunderstorms developing during the afternoon, becoming more numerous late in the day. Highs around 80 on the Plateau and 83 in the Valley. Chance of rain 50 to 60 percent.

Sunday Night: Showers and thunderstorms early, then a few lingering showers before ending overnight. Patchy fog may develop late on the Plateau. Lows around 65 on the Plateau and 67 in the Valley. Chance of rain 30 to 60 percent.

Monday: Partly sunny with scattered showers and thunderstorms, becoming more numerous during the afternoon. Highs around 80 on the Plateau and 82 in the Valley. Chance of rain 60 to 70 percent.
