Mr. Michael Mann, age 66, of Kingston, passed away peacefully at his home on August 24, 2026. He was a member of the Childs Memorial Baptist Church. Michael was a Past Master of Union Masonic Lodge #38 F&AM in Kingston. He was a man who enjoyed life, his family, and the simple things that brought people together. He especially loved fishing and golf and was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Volunteers. Michael had a lifelong love of sports. He enjoyed coaching little league baseball, football, and basketball, from city league games to travel teams. He also had a gift for storytelling and loved telling tales that made the people around him laugh. Above all, Michael was known for putting others first and making those around him feel welcome.

He is proceeded in death by his parents: Albert & Kathryn Mann.

And one brother: John Mann.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years: Joni Mann.

One son & daughter-in-law: Barrett & Jericka Mann.

One grandchild: Summitt Mann.

One brother and sister-in-law: Harold & Stephanie Mann.

Cousin “Like a sister” Janet McCluskey.

Sisters-in-law: Neita Cobble and Jill Cole.

And a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, in Harriman, on Thursday August 27, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. A Masonic service will be held following the visitation at 7:00 PM.
