Mr. Cody Lee Stinson of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at UofL Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky having attained the age of 21 years, 8 months, and 7 days. He was born on Thursday, December 16, 2004, in Livingston, Tennessee, the son of Tyler & Amy (Hill) Cleary. He was of the Christian faith and worked as a dock hand at Hendricks Creek Resort. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Kathleen Hill.

He is survived by his parents, Tyler & Amy (Hill) Cleary of Burkesville, Kentucky; grandparents, Donnie Hill (& Barbara Erwin) of Burkesville, Kentucky; siblings, Samantha Stinson (& Michael Blythe) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, McKayla (& Tyler) Beaty, Robbie (& Jammie) Grey, both of Burkesville, Kentucky; aunt, Donna Hill (& Keith Murrell) of Russell Springs, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Henry Beaty, Azalea Bowling, Noah Bowling, Paisley Beaty, Ada Leigh Beaty, Mason Bowling, Octavia Beaty; cousins, Kathleen Recher, Marcus Recher; special friends, Bro. John Duque, Brandy Hall, Kelli Nevins, Amy Pitts, Tina (& Tee) Miller, Keaton (& Alexis) Caudill, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 5:00 P.M in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. John Duque officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday afternoon beginning at 3:00 P.M until the funeral hour. Burial will be in the Liberty Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky.
