Funeral Services for Stonewall “Buzz” Biggers, age 72, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be conducted on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Pastor Steve Looper will officiate with interment to follow in the Sand Springs Memorial Gardens. Mr. Biggers was born on Thursday, January 14, 1954, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to the late Stonewall V. and Grace Elizabeth Browne Biggers. Mr. Biggers passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Biggers was a salesman in the grocery industry working the Upper Cumberland area. He was a Christian and enjoyed football and golf. He is survived by his son, Jonathan Biggers; granddaughter, Olivia Biggers; niece, Christian Boman (Ramey England); brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bill Boman, Harry (Alicia) Nickens, Peggy Walker, and Karin Nickens; cousin, Bob Biggers; special friend, Austin; and a host of other family members. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Nickens Biggers; sister-in-law, Nancy Boman; and nephew, Chanson Boman.
