A Silver Alert has been issued on behalf of the Harriman Police Department for Earl Eugene Foster. Earl is an 87-year-old white male with blue eyes and brown hair, 5’8″ and 225 lbs. Earl is driving a black 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser with Tennessee registration 254DD04. The last contact with Earl was at 11:38 a.m. EST on October 1, 2022, and his debit card was used between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. EST in Robbinsville, North Carolina on October 2, 2022. Earl has medical conditions that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
