Cookeville, TN- On the morning of March 3, 2023, officers responded to an apartment complex located at 600 West 8th Street in reference to a death. When officers entered the residence, they located Pamela Spurlock (36), Steven Spurlock (15), and Emma Spurlock (14) deceased inside.

Detectives with the Cookeville Police Department responded to the scene and took over the investigation. Even though the cause of death is still under investigation, they believe that it was an isolated incident, and the public is not in any danger.

Since this investigation remains active, no further information can be released at this time.
