Alicia “Jane” Anderson, 83

Vaughn – Alicia “Jane” Anderson, 83, of Spring City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton.

She was born on January 9, 1942, in Watertown, Ohio, to the late Pearl Dilbert Pryor and Vera Rarick-Pryor. Jane had been a resident of Spring City for 14 years.

A graduate of Parkersburg High School in Parkersburg, West Virginia, Jane was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and attended the Open Door Fellowship Church in Spring City. Her greatest joy in life was her family. A cherished mother and grandmother, she embraced this role wholeheartedly, not only for her own children and grandchildren but also extending her love to many adopted family friends. She was truly a central and beloved figure in their lives.

Jane was preceded in death by her sisters, Josephine Foggin and Pearl Authors, and her brother, Bill Pryor.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Randy Anderson of Spring City; her children, Crystal (John) Stillman of Spring City and Jodi (Charles) Nephewof Brunswick, Georgia; her four grandchildren: Alicia, Natasha, Sandy, and Jesse; her four great-grandchildren: Savannah, Ryann, Devin, and Samantha; and one great-great-grandchild: Sawyer.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Rhea County Animal Shelter Alliance, 9118 Back Valley Road, Evensville, Tennessee 37332in her memory.
