ALL LANES OF I-75 REOPENED AFTER EARLY-MORNING CRASH IN ANDERSON COUNTY
All lanes of I-75 Northbound are now reopened following an early-morning multi-vehicle crash.
A TDOT truck driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation following a collision with a tractor-trailer and several other vehicles near mile marker 118 in Anderson County.
The crash occurred around 3:20 Eastern Time, with traffic flow reduced to one lane northbound for several hours. Southbound traffic was not affected.
TDOT spokesman Mark Nagi said the driver was treated for “minor injuries,” and hazmat crews were called in to contain a roughly 100-gallon diesel spill.
