The TBI has released new surveillance photos of who they believe to be missing Noah Clare.  Agents said the pictures are from Nov. 11 in San Clemente, California—the same city where Jacob Clare’s vehicle was found on Tuesday.

“We have new pictures to share of #NoahClare with Jacob Clare, accompanied by who we believe to be Amber Clare,” agents said in a tweet. “These were taken by a surveillance camera in San Clemente, California on November 11th. We’re sharing these to give you our best guess at what they might look like now, especially side-by-side. This is also the first time since they’ve disappeared we’ve been able to definitively place #AmberClare with Jacob.”

If you see Noah or Jacob Clare, or have information about their whereabouts, please contact 911, the Gallatin Police Department at (615) 451-3838, or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is releasing more information on the circumstances and timeline surrounding an AMBER Alert for missing Gallatin boy Noah Clare.  Clare’s mother reported to Gallatin Police on Nov. 7 that her ex-boyfriend and Noah’s father, Jacob Clare, failed to return the 3-year-old after a scheduled visitation.

The next day, Noah’s mom applied for an emergency motion to suspend parenting time, which the court granted, along with a temporary restraining order.  Police secured a warrant against Jacob for custodial interference and an Endangered Child Alert was issued by TBI.

A sighting of the Subaru the Clares are believed to be traveling in was spotted on Nov. 7 in Arizona, prompting an AMBER Alert to be issued in the state. License plate readers in Arizona spotted the vehicle traveling on Highway 95, near the Bill Williams Bridge. It showed the Subaru, purchased by Jacob on Facebook Marketplace on Oct. 30, with stickers removed and loaded up with camping gear and clothing.

On Nov. 13, the Subaru was impounded by a tow company in San Clemente, California. Law enforcement learned about the Subaru’s discovery on Nov. 16 and secured evidence from the vehicle.

“At this time, authorities are pursuing any and all leads that may point to a location or direction of travel that could lead to a quick resolution,” TBI wrote.

Noah’s cousin and Jacob’s niece, Amber Clare, 16, of Beaver Dam, Ky., is believed to have been taken by Jacob as well.
