American Queen Voyage riverboat cruises in Chattanooga is shutting down.

Company officials plan to reimburse customers who have bought tickets.

One of the ships in the fleet, American Countess, has been docked on Chattanooga’s Riverfront.

The company says it has been unable to rebound from the effects of the [COVID-19] pandemic, causing them to remain financially unsustainable.
