Anderson County authorities arrested a man last night on three counts of incest and rape of a child. Officers took 42-year-old Royce Scott Earley into custody after he was discovered in a truck parked at Mountain View boat ramp. Investigators say the alleged incidents took place at a residence in Clinton. Officers stated the case is still under investigation. Earley was transported to the Anderson County Detention Facility and initially placed under a $390,000 bond.
