ANDERSON DEPUTIES RECOVER STOLEN MOTORCYCLE AND ARREST TWO FOR METH

From Anderson County Sheriff’s Office:
On 6/5/25 Deputy Dakota Williams located a possible stolen motorcycle at the Git-N-Go on Clinch Ave. The vehicle had been reported stolen through the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. A search of the bike revealed over 100 grams of methamphetamine in one of the saddle bags. Driver Michael Houser of Clinton and passenger Tabitha Standridge of Jacksboro were arrested. Houser charges are Theft $1,000 – $2500, Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving While in Possession of Methamphetamine. Standridge is charged with Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Sheriff Russell Barker stated we are thankful to our deputies for not only locating a stolen motorcycle but recovering a significant amount of narcotics. Our office will never stop training and working hard to ensure the safety of everyone who lives, works, and visits Anderson County.
