Angela Faye Childress, 52

Jackson – Angela Faye Childress (Angie) born December 15, 1972, of Solway, Tennessee and Kevin John Childress born March 17, 1968, of Taylor, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on June 24, 2025. Kevin and Angela both lived and raised their children in Anderson County, Tennessee, it was during their high school years they fell head over heels and were married June 9, 1993. Kevin was a self-taught musician and mechanic while Angie was a loving and compassionate caregiver, throughout the years.

Kevin and Angie went on to have four beautiful children. Annette Glodjajic, Mark Childress (Shae), Christina Macdermott (Joseph), Cody Childress (Audrey). They were loving and nurturing grandparents to all their grandbabies. Ljiljana Glodjajic (Sillybug), Maja Glodjajic (Kakamora), Nevaeh Childress (Vaeh), Timothy Childress (Bubba), Aliyah Childress(Boo-Boo), Penelope Macdermott (Dreamy eyes), Axel Macdermott (Curley head) Jericho York-Childress (Buggy), Colton Childress (cotton top) Casey Childress (case case)

They were passionate about many things including Motorcycle riding, rebuilding cars, gardening in Angie’s flower gardens and of course their pets Jeebs, Karma and Dixie. They were dedicated to all their family and had many special nieces and nephews. Although they only had four biological children, they considered daughter in law Shae Childress one of their own. Kevin and Angie never met a stranger and had countless friends whom they loved and respected. They will be missed more than words could ever describe, but we will take comfort in knowing that their last breath here was their first with our maker, together side by side. Their work on this side is complete and their heart is whole again being reunited with their baby and loved ones. The day will come when we are all together forever, until then we will carry them both in our hearts every day and rely on our sense of humor and quick witt that they instilled in all of us.

We, their family, their proudest accomplishment, will continue to make them proud. They are now and forever riding their last ride together. The Family will receive friends at Jackson Funeral Home in Oliver Springs, Saturday July 5, 2025, at 2 pm with funeral service starting at 3pm. Graveside Service will be held at Oak Ridge Memorial Park Sunday July 6, 2025 at 12 pm.
