Arctic air will settle over Tennessee for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with high temperatures lucky to get above freezing and then dropping to around 15 degrees if not colder at night. Drier air will be coming with partly sunny skies so at least some good news. Temperatures will get back into the 40s by Wednesday and 50 by Thursday but more rain expected late next week. The hottest temperature in the country today was 87 at Falfurrias Texas and the low was 31 below at Nine Mile Bridge Maine.
