Because of six vandalisms this month, Spring City officials have closed the bathrooms at Veteran’s Park until further notice.

There has been additional vandalism in the pavilions, such as the destruction of outlets and covers, electrical conduits, and water spigots.

Some of the things found in the bathrooms include graffiti utilizing permanent markers, paint, and scribing with sharp objects, including racial slurs. Officials also discovered the destruction of soap and toilet paper dispensers, clogged toilets with foreign objects, and defecation and urination on floors and walls.
