Billy Joe Howard, age 78, of Rockwood, passed away September 27, 2019. Survivors Include wife: Ofelia Howard; special nephew: Randall Dee Howard (Kendra); nephews: Gary Howard, Michael Maccharoli (Cindy), Johnny Howell, and Clay Gresham; nieces: Debbie Robinson (Tim) and Sabrina Bowen; sisters: Earline Gresham (Milo) and Odean Proffitt; several great nieces, nephews and other extended family; and special family: Zonda, Judy, Tony and Charlie. The family will receive friends Monday, September 30, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow. Interment and graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the Roane Memorial Gardens.
