Billy Ray Jenkins, age 50, of Rockwood, passed away March 14, 2020. He is survived by sons: Brandon Jenkins of Crossville, Peyton Jenkins of Rockwood, and Justin Jenkins of Rockwood; grandchildren: Rylan John Jenkins and Bryleigh Hoosier Jenkins; sister: Vanessa Crabtree (Richard) of Rockwood. Cremation arrangements have been made and a private interment will be held at later date.
