Bledsoe County EMS Director William Angel was booked into the jail today after being indicted by a grand jury for rape, attempted rape, and sexual battery. Angel was processed and later released on bond. Angel is scheduled to appear in court August 24, 2020. The district attorney’s office says the original complaint was allegations against Angel of inappropriate conduct involving women employed in the ambulance service.
